By booking an appointment, purchasing services or products, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer
All treatments offered by Siren Aesthetics are medical aesthetic procedures. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
A consultation is required before treatment. Recommendations are based on professional assessment, but final decisions remain with the client.

Our services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment by a primary healthcare provider.

3. Appointments and Booking
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system.

By booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including medical history where required.

Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled appointments.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may incur a fee
• No-shows may be charged the full appointment cost
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings

5. Payments and Refunds
All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise stated.

• We do not offer refunds on completed services
• Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable
• Skincare products may be eligible for exchange if unopened and returned within 7 days

6. Treatment Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and with proper consent.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not in the client’s best interest or if medical concerns are present.

7. Results and Expectations
Outcomes vary depending on individual factors such as skin condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided.

8. Liability Waiver
By receiving treatment, you acknowledge and accept potential risks associated with medical aesthetic procedures.
Siren Aesthetics and its providers are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from:

• Failure to disclose medical history
• following aftercare instructions
• External factors outside our control

9. Memberships and Packages
Memberships and treatment packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Benefits are valid only within the specified timeframe and may not roll over unless stated.
Siren Aesthetics reserves the right to modify membership terms with prior notice.

10. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.
They may not be redeemed for cash.

11. Privacy
Client information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Personal and medical information is kept confidential and used only for treatment and communication purposes.

12. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Siren Aesthetics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

13. Changes to Terms
Siren Aesthetics reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
