Melissa O’Connor, MPAS, PA-C
After earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Wingate University in North Carolina, she spent years as a first assistant in complex surgical environments. This background provided her with an expert foundation in sterile techniques, anatomical precision, and procedural excellence.
Melissa later transitioned into physiatry, a holistic specialty focused on restoring physical function and quality of life. This experience refined her advanced injection skills and deepened her commitment to a patient-centered philosophy. Today, she brings that high-level clinical expertise into aesthetic medicine, blending science and artistry to help clients achieve natural results.
"I have always believed that confidence and health go hand in hand," Melissa says. "The most rewarding part of medicine is helping people feel their best so they can live their lives fully."
Originally from Michigan, Melissa has called North Carolina home since graduate school. When she is not helping clients at the clinic, she enjoys playing golf, traveling, attending live music, and staying active with Peloton. Above all, she treasures quality time with her family, her dog, and her son.
