Appointments
Appointments are reserved in advance to allow for proper planning and uninterrupted care. We ask that you respect the time set aside for your visit.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee
• Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings

Late Arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your appointment time or require rescheduling. Full service fees may still apply.

Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are applied toward your service total
• Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows

Respect for Schedule
Each appointment is scheduled with intention. Late changes affect not only your booking, but the time reserved for other clients.
